Billing

Frequently asked questions

If the consultation is followed by the opening of a case, it is offered free of charge. If it is an isolated consultation (one-off advice), it is billed according to the rate corresponding to the chosen formula.

Yes, fees can be paid in 3 interest-free instalments, by agreement with the lawyer. This payment facility is offered for all services.

If you have legal protection insurance, your fees may be partially or fully covered by your insurer. Check your contract and do not hesitate to inform us at the first appointment.

If your income is modest, you may be eligible for legal aid. Our firm accepts assignments under this scheme, subject to prior agreement and eligibility. You can check your eligibility on the Ministry of Justice website.

Yes, our remote consultations (videoconference or phone) offer the same guarantees as an in-chambers appointment. They are ideal if you cannot travel or if you are far from Clermont-Ferrand.
